This is a terms and conditions agreement which constitutes a binding agreement between

you, the client, and Black Magick Dirah LTD. By agreeing to the terms and conditions in this

contract you agree to the following:

1. Any fees paid to Black Magick Dirah LTD for services are strictly non-refundable unless

in the circumstance a service cannot be fulfilled by us, in which case Black Magick

Dirah LTD will inform you and refund the payment.

2. By agreeing to pay for a service you agree that you are paying for the time, resources

and efforts that are required to fulfil the service and not the results of the service.

5. By agreeing to pay for this service to these terms, you agree that you will not open a

case against Black Magick Dirah LTD through any third-party payment company.

6. Black Magick Dirah LTD company policy states that we do not offer our services to

anyone under 18 years of age. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you are 18

years of age or over.

7. The learning material of programs and courses is for personal use only and cannot be used, replicated or redistributed to be used for teaching elsewhere. Unauthorised sharing or replication of content will result in legal action.

8. We make no claims nor guarantee any medical, supernatural or magical qualities for any product that is sold on this site. The site, the service and the merchandise are provided "AS-IS" and we expressly disclaim any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. We cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from the use of this program.

10. Services, whether the purchase is made on the site or by mail as provided, once a purchase has been made and delivered, it is a final sale, there are no refunds, reimbursements or replacements.

11. Failure to follow the instructions carefully may inhibit the result you are looking for and we are not responsible for this.
